Hotelston is a fast growing wholesale (B2B) travel service reservation company. Our product is used by over 5000 travel agents and tour operators in Central and Eastern Europe. Hotelston aims to provide the best price and after-sale support for travel business professionals as well as end-customers.
Working with more and more technological partners, we have a great demand to improve our IT customer support service and currently we are searching for IT support specialist to join our IT team.


- Provide technical support by email
- Provide Hotelston technical support to customers as well as colleagues in the company
- Utilize help desk and issue management systems to track each task
- Identify trends in support requests and recommend systemic and pro-active solutions to mitigate issues
- Monitor and maintain health of Hotelston services
- Assist in Hotelston IT projects


- Basic programming skills
- Basic knowledge of SQL
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Good spoken and written English (mandatory)
- Problem solver attitude


- Experience in IT customer support / helpdesk
- Experience in Java development
- Knowledge of Web Services and XML
- Windows / Linux OS administration skills
